Should an issue arise, feel safe knowing that your product is covered by a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty. In addition to our 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty, we offer a range of free services as well as jewelry repairs not covered under the warranty.

**Should you receive your item and need adjustments to the sizing, please contact us rather than return. We offer re-sizing at no cost. (See more info below)

Service and Repairs:

Ensure that your jewelry stays beautiful and secure by having it professionally serviced by our experts. For service requests please contact with your original purchase information and we will provide you with instructions and a quote for the repairs and shipping to our location.

Free Services:

  1. One-time free ring-sizing up to one size up or down. (For example, if you order a size 6 we will re-size it to 5, 5.5, 6.5 or 7)
  2. Inspection and tightening of prongs
  3. Cleaning and Polishing
  4. Rhodium plating

Paid Services:

  1. Replacement push-back or screw-backs for stud earrings (Pricing below)
  2. a. 14k Gold -$30 + shipping
    b. 18k Gold- $50 + shipping
    c. Platinum- $100 + shipping
  3. Replacement of side stones if they happen to fall out. (Costs vary depending on item)
  4. Matching Wedding Bands can always be purchased for any of our Engagement Ring’s. Please contact us for special order

**Please keep in mind that you are responsible to cover the cost of shipping to and from for all service requests. Auriya will not be responsible for the claims of lost or damaged shipments to our location.

5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty:

All of our products are covered under a 5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase. Should you receive an Auriya product with a manufacturer defect, please contact us at with:

  1. Your original purchase information
  2. Description of the defect
  3. An email address to have the return label sent to
  4. Contact information should we need to contact you to discuss details related to your repair
  5. Your return shipping address

Auriya will send you return instructions, once we receive your product we will inspect and repair or replace at no cost to you. This warranty covers our diamond and gemstone rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces. Should your item be inspected and the damage or defects found to be from normal wear and tear, we will be happy to offer a repair for a fee.

*Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of all products returned for servicing, repairs or under the warranty and Auriya is not responsible for any claims of items lost or damaged in transit

**Lost Items, Damage from wear and tear or replacement of the center diamond or gemstone are NOT covered under the warranty.
